In January of 2016, Greg Ferrara joined our team as a Sales and Support Analyst. Since then, Greg has showcased the IndustrySafe software to many prospective customers in both web and onsite product demos.
He’s also joined our sales team on the road, developing new business opportunities and helping both potential and current IndustrySafe customers with their safety management needs at the 2016 ASSE Expo and iP Utility Show. In October, you might see Greg at the NSC Expo, where he’ll be conducting demos of the features of IndustrySafe’s upcoming 5.9 release at booth #1578.

What is your hometown?
Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and happy to call it my home ever since.
What did you do before working here?
I was an Account Manager in the automotive industry, traveling all over Canada and the U.S. to meet with clients on-site to help them manage their customer loyalty programs. I went as far west as Vancouver, and as far east as St. John’s.
What do you like most about your job?
The variety of people I get to talk with on a daily basis. I get to speak with so many different people with various backgrounds. At the end of the day though, they all share the same goal of making sure their employees and colleagues make it home to their families safely.
What would people be surprised to know about you?
I’m an avid health and fitness enthusiast, and have my certificate in personal training from the National Strength & Conditioning Association. I’m currently studying to prepare for my exam to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
Right now I’m really big into obstacle course racing, and have been traveling the country this summer competing in Spartan races of all distances. So far I’ve been to Utah, North Carolina, Ohio, New York, and New Jersey, with South Carolina next on my list of stops.
